Ball Knowledge ("the App") is developed and operated by Nick Moore ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights in relation to it.
By downloading or using Ball Knowledge, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely and never in plain text). You may also optionally provide a display name and profile picture.
We collect gameplay data such as your scores, streaks, quiz history, and leaderboard rankings in order to power the game experience and competitive features.
If you make an in-app purchase, payment is processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the App, maintain your account, display leaderboards, manage your subscription status, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
Ball Knowledge offers optional account creation. Creating an account allows you to save your progress, appear on leaderboards, and access your data across devices. You may use the App without an account, though some features will be unavailable.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below.
Ball Knowledge offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and annual) that unlock additional features. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat may receive a user identifier and subscription status in order to provide this service. No payment card information is shared with us or RevenueCat.
The App uses the following third-party services:
Supabase — provides our backend database and authentication. Your account data and game progress are stored securely on Supabase's servers. Supabase is GDPR-compliant. For more information, see supabase.com/privacy.
RevenueCat — manages in-app purchase and subscription status. For more information, see revenuecat.com/privacy.
Account and gameplay data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.
Local device storage is also used for caching game data and preferences to ensure the App works smoothly.
Ball Knowledge is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will take immediate steps to delete it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, please contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.
You can also delete your account directly within the App, which will remove your personal data from our systems.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
